"Souces" is another entry in the female action horror theatre niche.

The Lyman family -- father, mother, and three daughters -- seem happy enough living the life of 1970s Hollywood. Katherine Lyman is an older actress with a past. Her daughter Sienna is the rising young ingenue.

When Sienna performs a party trick that cannot be explained, she shocks her family. Even more shocking is when she goes missing a few days later. Katherine's memory skips ahead six weeks where curse after curse has befallen the family. She goes on the hunt for her missing daughter, her lost memory, and the saving of her desperate clan.

Again, lots of atmosphere, lots of fights, and a mostly female cast. It's old school scares and wickness. You know, the usual...
